Priced per product, with a free plan on most
Pay for the products you use and nothing for the rest. Push and deep links are free. Email plans are sized by emails sent each month, whatever the size of your list. AI video and images use credits, and annual billing is 20% cheaper.
How AI credits work
- You see the price firstEach clip and image shows its cost in credits, based on model, length and resolution, before you press generate.
- Monthly allowance firstPlans include a monthly allowance of credits, larger on paid plans. It resets each month and is used before any credits you've bought.
- Credit packsBuy 500 credits for $5, 2,000 for $18 or 10,000 for $75 from the dashboard, or top up any amount from $1 to $500. Credits you buy don't expire.
- StartVid creditsCredits given to try StartVid, our presenter model, pay only for StartVid clips. They are used before your other credits and expire on the date shown with them. While the launch offer runs, your first top-up also gives you StartVid credits.
- Failed renders are refundedIf a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
- Referrals and giftsInvite another founder and you both get credits once their new account has signed up and verified its email. You can also gift credits you've bought, by email or with a code.

Pricing questions
Each product is its own subscription. Moving up a plan starts straight away, and what you hadn't used of the old plan comes off the price. Moving to a smaller plan isn't offered yet. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Most products have a free plan. AI Receptionist has a 14-day trial on your website chat. Push and deep links are free with no volume cap (you bring your own FCM and APNs keys and we handle delivery). You pay when you outgrow a free plan or buy AI credits.
So a growing list doesn't raise your bill on its own. Plans are sized by emails sent each month, and contacts you rarely email cost nothing to keep.
In credits. Each model has a rate per second of video or per image, and resolution changes the rate. The cost shows before you generate. Plans include some credits each month, you can buy packs in the dashboard, and failed generations are refunded.
Each plan has a monthly limit (daily for currency). When you reach it, further requests are refused until the next period or until you move to a bigger plan. AI features keep working while you have AI credits.
In the UK, prices are in pounds and 20% VAT is added at checkout. In Nigeria, plans and AI credits can be paid in naira through Paystack at the day's rate. Everywhere else, prices are in US dollars. We email you 3 days before a plan renews.
